| National billiards, snooker meet from July 18 | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, July 04: To begin with 7th Sub-junior and 36th Junior, the National Billiards and Snooker Championships, organised by Billiards and Snooker Federation of India, shall start from July 18 at Gopalapuram in Chennai.
As per the reports pouring in, there will be no participation from J&K in sub-junior boys and girls’ competitions, the reason being the state has yet to introduce the game at this level.
However, the senior billiards qualifying round shall start from July 24, followed by the main draw from July 26.
