| HC stays petitioner’s transfer | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, July-04 (JNF):- Justice JP Singh Vacation Judge of Jammu &
Kashmir High Court Jammu Wing in a petition filed by Vimal Kumar Koul
against his transfer has directed Chief Engineer PMGSY to permit the
petitioner to continue his present place of posting.
After hearing the petitioner that she could not go to cold areas due to various ailments, Court issued notice to the respondents and in the meanwhile
the petitioner may make representation to the Chief Engineer PMGSY
Jammu to seek his adjustment at a place where he was able to have
requisite medical treatment. The representation, if made, shall be
considered by the Chief Engineer for passing appropriate orders within
a period of two weeks, until then the respondents are directed to
permit the petitioner to continue at his present place of posting. JNF
