| Kapoor tours Poonch: takes stock of local problems | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, July 05: The Jammu and Kashmir Human Rights Watch(JKHRW) under the chairmanship of B L.Kapoor, the state chairman held a meeting to take stock of the problems being faced by the people in district Poonch especially at Tehsil mendhar due to some actions of militants and their associates.
In Mendhar, it had been seen that the posters of militants belonging to LeT stuck to the walls etc in the Mendhar town which is a matter of high concern.
Besides this some anti nationals and their associates harassing a activist of JKHRW and also entered into his house during night hours of matter was reported to the SDM and DSP Mendhar. The SDM and SDPO Mendhar took it seriously and necessary action taken at their level for further safety of the Vice President JKHRW Mendhar.
The militants and their associates got revenge and enmity for written National flag on sign boards of the organisation J&K Human Rights Watch and also exhorting people to be united and maintain peace and harmony in the district Poonch.
The state chairman JKHRW B.L Kapoor said that the authorities should cooperate our activists where they have been working for the sake of nation and especially for the welfare of the masses. Kapoor also said that hoisting national flag or pay honour to tricolour is the main duty as well as necessity of the human being(Indian) and the nefarious designs of the elements donot like spirit of patriotism and they tease/ haras the activities of J&K HRW everywhere in the state and also after their blood.
He also declared that all workers/members/activists have to work under the National flag and the activists who found contrary to that shall not be allowed to remain and the activist of JKHRW as per the aim of bthe watch is to strengthen the National unity and image along with other functions related to aware the people about the disadvantages of corruption and other evils in the society.
B.L.kapoor hailed the performance of SDM Mendhar who had been taking keen interest in solving the people’s problem on the spot and also appreciated the role of SDPO Mendhar who also takes keen interest in maintaining peace and harmony in Tehsil mendhar, Distt. Poonch. |
