| Atul honoured by Chess Association | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, July 06: President of the All Jammu and Kashmir Chess Association, Atul Kumar Gupta was today felicitated by member of the Association for his recent election as joint secretary of the All India Chess Federation.
Speaking on the occasion, secretary of the Association, Baldev Raj highlighted the achievements of the state unit under the able guidance of Atul Gupta.
He further disclosed that the Association shall be hosting International Rating (Rs 1.50 lakh prize money) Chess Tournament in Jammu in the month of October.
To prepare the state players for the prestigious competition, the Association has decided to conduct coaching camps, starting from August.
