The NPSU leaders were told by the admission seekers that they are being forced by the college authorities to take admissions in the morning shift of the GGM Science College and admission to some of the female students was refused by the college authorities and were told by them to seek admission in Women colleges of city where also they were refused by the authorities.
The activists of NPSU got irate on this and entered the College premises where the admission process was going on and held strong protest demonstration there which forced the college authorities to stop the admission process. After this agitating students marched towards the Principal office and Ghero the Dr Satinder Singh (Principal GGM Science College) for one and half hour.
They told the administration that NPSU will not at all allow the college authorities to start the admission process in the college until and unless the admissions for the Evening shift students are opened.
NPSU leaders said that if 2 Colleges can be opened for just 18 students by higher education minister Abdul Gani Malik in his own constituency than what was the fun of closing the evening Colleges of Jammu province where thousands of the students were taking the benefits of evening shift.
