| Cloudy weather condition forecasted from July 8 to 12 | | Amarnath Yatra-2011 | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, July 7:
As per the available weather forecast for the next 5 days, from July 8 to July 12, the sky is likely to remain cloudy in the Kashmir Division.
According to the forecast provided by the Meteorological Department, the sky will remain generally cloudy from July 8 to 10 while it will remain partly cloudy on July 11 and July 12.
Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board has advised all those who intend to visit the Holy Cave Shrine of Shri Amarnathji, to ascertain the to-date weather conditions in the Yatra area before embarking on their pilgrimage. The details of weather forecast are available on the website (www.amssdelhi.gov.in) of the Indian Meteorological Department.
Meanwhile, the movement of Yatris along both the routes to the Holy Cave has been progressing well and as per available reports from the Shrine at around noon today, about 10,000 Yatris had already paid obeisance. |
