JAMMU,July 7 :A Unscheduled power cuts and breakdowns have played havoc with the daily life in Jammu this year. In the excruciating heat and humidity people, particularly in Jammu city, are being subjected to psychological attrition of maddening proportions. The children cannot complete their schoolwork. The studies of college going students and professionals are getting affected. Old and elderly citizens have become irritable and depressive. Otherwise calm and composed persons have become easily excitable and angry. They fight and rebuke over trifles.
