| Dr Aniece to represent J&K Govt in MCI | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, JULY 09- Dr Aniece Chowdhary, Professor Department of ENT, Government Medical College, Jammu, will represent the Jammu and Kashmir Government in Medical Council of India (MCI).
Dr Aniece has been nominated as member of the MCI by the government as per an official order issued here today.
Dr Aniece as ENT specialist has about two dozens professional publications in his name, in various journals and has also written chapter on ENT emergencies in Neonates in the text book of paediatrics and is also heading various research programmes going in the department of ENT. He has also been appointed as Chairman of various enquiry committees/ragging committee, on various occasions, to curb the indiscipline in government medical college and its associated hospitals and consequently, decisions taken by him have been appreciated and unheld by the superior authorities.
Dr Aniece has also been nominated as Organizing Chairman and Chief Coordinator for XXXVth AOICON-2011 conference, to be held in the department of ENT, GMC and SMGS Hospital, Jammu on 23rd and 24th September, 2011.
