JAMMU, NOV 26
To promote national integration amongst the youth, Director General Police, Gopal Sharma and Additional Director General Police, P.S.Gill today flagged off a fortnight tour of children of Police Public Schools, Green Valley School, Bisco School, JK Public School and KC Public School to various parts of the country. Six teachers are accompanying the children during the entourage. The tour has been sponsored by the State Police under civic action programme.
Children would be taken to Amritsar, Chandigarh, Haridwar, Rampur and interact with the students of other parts of the country in order to promote emotional integration for enhancing their vision by knowing each others so closely.
