PSU’s continual protest against delay in CU enters 12th daNy

Jammu, July 12: Continuing with its struggle against delay in the opening of CU in Jammu, National Panther Students Union (NPSU) on 12th constitutive day today held a massive protest demonstration at SPMR College of Commerce, Jammu.
Leaders of NPSU on the occasion also thanked the organizations who have started to raise the voice for CU.
They appealed to the other political and non-political groups to come forward across the party lines to support the cause of CUJ indicative led by NPSU.
Early morning, the activist of NPSU along with the students of Commerce College gathered at main gate and raised slogans against govt.
The protest was led by Sahil Choudhary (leader NPSU).
Speaking on the occasion Choudhary said that students of the Jammu region have already suffered a loss of 2 years because of the delay in the opening of CUJ.
He said that both state as well as center govt. have to take necessary action and appropriate steps immediately for the opening of CUJ.
Addressing the gathering Partap Singh Jamwal (provincial president NPSU) re-called the role of students in previous agitation and appreciated their role and said that this agitation for CUJ will be concluded only after CUJ is achieved and govt. takes necessary steps for the opening of CUJ.
He said that until and unless the goal is achieved NPSU will leave no stone unturned.
Pushvinder Singh Manhas (state Vice-President Young Panther) on the occasion lambasted the state as well as central govt. for their criminal silence over the issue of CUJ.
He said that the Jammuites are now fed up of with the step motherly treatment with Jammu region by both (state as well as center govt.)
He said that the reason is not known why MPs, MLAs, ministers from Jammu region are not daring to utter even a single word regarding the issue of CUJ.
Manhas further said that it is very unfortunate and shameful that so called leaders and ministers of Jammu region have not uttered even single words for opening of CUJ.
He said that it is not only shameful on the part of so called leaders of Jammu region but also cowardice of them also reflected through their mum.
He further said that if these leaders can not raise the voice of Jammu, they should wear bangles and sit at home with their wives and should not dare to come in public until and unless they stand together with the students fighting for the cause of CU for Jammu.
Other who were present included Ishan Choudhary, Dalvir Singh, Lovekesh Gondhi, Vishal Sadotra, Vishal, Rawat Manhas, Sunil Vikram Singh,Ankit Gupta, Nittin Gupta, Sumit Mahajan, Suresh etc
