| Writ Seeking CBI investigation in Chopra Family Murder case | | HC issued notice to State, DGP & DIG | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, July 12 :-The Highn Court today directed the state to implement in letter and spirit SRO 309 seeking CBI investigation into Chopra Family Murder Case. The High Court passed the order in a petition filed by Choudhary nagar Singh.
The High Court also prohibited DIG Jammu-Kathua Range Farooq Khan from further investigating matter of FIR No 107/2006 dated September 18, 2006 registered with the P/S Bahu Fort Jammu.
The Court also issued notice in a CMP filed by Choudhary Nagar Singh seeking direction to the respondents to get Narco Analysis Test of petitioner (Nagar Singh) conducted in the Chopra Family Murder Case. JNF
