Contempt petition seeking compliance of Court directions
HC directs Commissioner/Secretary GAD to appear in person

Jammu, July 13 (JNF):In a contempt petition filed by Neeraj Sharma seeking compliance of directions issued in LPA, Justice JP Singh of Jammu & Kashmir High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Adv BS Salathia for the petitioner whereas Deputy AG Neeru Goswami for the respondents, allowed two weeks more time as prayed by the Deputy AG appearing for Mohd Syed Khan Commissioner/Secretary to Govt General Administration Dept to report compliance of directions issued in LPA.
Court further directed that in case the directions of the court were not complied with, Commissioner/Secretary to Govt General Administration Dept shall appear in person to explain reasons for non-compliance of the directions. JNF
