| Transfers & Posting in J&K Judiciary | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, June-15 (JNF):- Today in the interest of administration the state High Court ordered transfer and posting of Judicial Officers.
According to order issued today by Registrar General of J&K High Court Mrs. Nighat Sultana Additional Sessions Judge Udhampur has been transferred and posted as Additional District Judge Matrimonial cases Jammu. Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Bhagat Additional District Judge Matrimonial cases Jammu has been transferred and posted as Principal Sessions Judge Bhaderwah, Mr. Puneet Gupta Principal Sessions Bhaderwah transferred and posted as Additional Sessions Judge Kathua against available vacancy. Mr. AK Koul Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu has been transferred and posted as Principal Sessions Judge Rajouri, Principal Sessions Judge Rajouri Mr. Sanjay Dhar has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer MACT Jammu. Presiding Officer MACT Jammu Mr. Sanjay Parihar has been transferred and posted as TADA/POTA/3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu, Mr. Rajesh Sekhri Additional District Judge Bank Cases Jammu has been transferred and posted as Principal Sessions Judge Reasi, Mr. Ramesh Kumar Wattal presently Principal Sessions Judge Reasi has been transferred and posted as Principal Sessions Judge Kargil, Mr. RS Jain Principal Sessions Judge Kargil transferred and posted as Principal Sessions Judge Samba, Mr. Suresh Kumar Sharma presently Principal Sessions Judge Samba has been transferred and posted as Director Judicial Academy J&K, Mr. Kishore Kumar President Consumer Forum Jammu transferred and posted as Principal Sessions Judge Poonch, Mr. Brij Mohan Gupta presently Principal Sessions Judge Poonch has been transferred and posted as Principal Sessions Judge Udhampur, Mr. Ashok Kumar Sharma presently Principal Sessions Judge Udhampur has been transferred and posted as Principal Sessions Judge Kathua, Mr. Jang Bhadur Singh Jamwal presently Principal Sessions Judge Kathua has been transferred and posted as Registrar Judicial High Court Jammu Wing, Mr. Shakti Kumar Gupta transferred and posted as Additional Sessions Judge Baramulla, Mr. Mohd Yousuf Wani Additional Sessions Judge Baramulla has been transferred and posted as Additional Sessions Judge Srinagar against available vacancy, Mr. Kartar Singh Registrar Judicial High Court Jammu Wing has been transferred and posted as Registrar Vigilance J&K High Court against available vacancy, Mr. SC Katal Sub Judge presently posted as Leave Reserve High Court Jammu Wing has been transferred and posted as CJM Kathua, Mr. Deepak Sethi presently CJM Kathua has been transferred and posted as Sub Judge Leave Reserve High Court Jammu Wing, Mr. Mirza Riyaz-ul-Haq Sub Judge Surankote has been transferred and posted as CJM Poonch, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Abrol CJM Poonch has been transferred and posted as CJM Kargil, Mr. Vishesh Kumar Parihar presently CJM Kargil has been transferred and posted as Sub-Judge Surankote.
According to the order No 207/GS issued by Registrar General of J&K High Court Mr. JR Kotwal that Ms Geeta Kumari Munsiff Bishnah and Ms Swati Gupta Munsiff Samba shall swap their places of posting. According to the order issued today that all the transferres shall move simultaneously after handing over charge to the available judicial officers at their head quarters. JNF
