| HC staff bids farewell to Justice Hakim Imtiyaz | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, July-14 (JNF):- High Court staff Welfare Association hosted a farewell in honour of Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain who will retire on July 16, 2011.
Acting Chief Justice FM Ibrahim Kalifulla, Justice Virender Singh, Justice JP Singh were present on the occasion. S Joginder Singh highlight the achievements of Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain. Acting Chief Justice also appreciated and praised the services of the Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain.
It is worth mentioning here that Justice Hakim Imtiyaz Hussain joined the Judcial Services on September 10, 1974 and has the distinction of being Registrar of National Judicial Academy Bhopal. he has authored several important books like Service law, Agrarian Reforms in J and K, Muslim Law and Customs & Financial Rules. He remained posted as Principal Secretary to Hon’ble C.J , Additional Registrar, Registrar Vigilance, Registrar General, Principal District. & Session Judge Srinagar and was elevated as Additional Judge of High Court of J&K on September 30, 2004 and as permanent Judge on December 12, 2005.
