| Interlocutors directionless and without issue: NPSU | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, July 14: National Panthers Student Union (NPSU) today alleged that appointment of interlocutors is just an eyewash to the people of J&K as interlocutors are direction less, issue less, motive less.
Addressing the gathering NPSU state president Pushvinder Singh Manhas said that the appointed of interlocutors for state in just an eyewash to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and it seems that their only agenda is to divert the attention of the people of state from the real issue.
He alleged that the union government is just wasting money on interlocutors as they are visiting J&K again and again for picnic.
Manhas further said that the students of Jammu province submitted their charters of demands to them during their previous visit to the state in which the issue of Central University (CU) for Jammu was also highlighted but interlocutors could not satisfied to students community and as a result during last 2-3 visit interlocutors avoided the students community of the Jammu region and did not bothered to addressed their grievances.
Sahil Chouhdary on the occasion condemned interlocutors for giving unnecessary importance to the separatists leaders who always tried to create disturbance in the State and challenge the integrity of India.
He also said that since NPSU is fighting for CUJ from last 14 consecutive day, but no heed is paid towards their demand by State, Central Govt. or even interlocutors who are on the visit of State at present.
