‘Security to be beefed up in state to avoid any terror attacks’ | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, July 15: The State Chairman and Patron J&K Human Rights Watch (JKHRW) B L Kapoor in a statement issued have said that during the past two decades people suffered a lot due to arrival of insurgency and gun culture.
Youth in Kashmir have grown in environment terror attacks, strikes, encounters and Bomb blast etc. Thousands of people were killed, thousands children orphaned this all happened due to terror attacks (militancy) and unrest situation created.
Referring the militant attacks in the country as a whole are with the co-operation of some local people also otherwise, it was not possible. Similar situation with regards to joining hands with the militants of some local had been revealed in border districts Rajouri and Poonch also. The intelligence agencies were kept informed times & again.
He also mentioned that attacks in Mumbai in 2008 and again now the recent attacks are likely to be with the joining hands of some local people with the militants.
Kapoor appealed the Director General of CID and Director General of Police to tight the security arrangements with in the state so that, such type of unto do incidents may not occur as the Prime Minister of India also announced for doing everything to prevent attacks in future. |
