| Governor summons legislature on 8th January | | |

As per the bulletins issues by Legislative Council and Assembly Secretariats, Governor Lt. Gen. (Retd.) S K Sinha has summoned Jammu and Kashmir State Legislature on 8th of January 2007 Monday at 10 a.m at Jammu.
In this connection members of Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly have been called upon to assemble together in the Central Hall of the Legislature Building in New Secretariat premises Jammu on the said day, date and time to hear the address of Governor to both the Houses.
After the said address each House of the legislature will meet as a separate body at the time specified by the Chairman and Speaker.
The Secretaries Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly in notifications have requested the members to send the business in the form of questions, private members bills and resolutions in accordance with rules to the respective Secretaries
