| 2 held with 2,900 intoxicant capsules | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU,July 16: Two drug smugglers were today apprehended by police at Nanke Chak in Samba along with 2,900 intoxicant capsules of pyremol spasm. Police sources said they were arrested by cops of Samba police station when they recovered 2,900 pyremol spasm capsules from them during routine checking at Nanke Chak checking point. They were identified as Tinku Bhat, son of Chuni Lal Bhat of Old Rehari, and Padam Lal, son of Fandu Ram of Galbaday Chak. A case under NDPS Act was registered against them. Samba police also arrested Manjeet Singh, son of Gurmeet Singh of Mishriwala, along with 48 injections of phenegram. The seized injections were intoxicant in nature and their sale without doctors' prescription was banned. |
