The J&K handicapped welfare association is observing world disable day on December 3rd at Abhinav Theatre.
The association is organizing number of programmes on the day which include taking out a awareness rally from Jammu, Press Club to Abhinav Theatre. A cultural programme would also be organized by the handicraft Abhinav theatre.
