| Govt recommends action against 4 doctors | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT kathua: Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered suspension of four health department employees and recommended action against as many doctors for remaining absent from duty in Kathua district. Acting on the complaints of the locals, Chief Medical officer (CMO), Kathua, Rajinder Chopra undertook a surprise visit to Public Health Centre (PHC) in Ramkote belt of the district and found 11 officials including four doctors absent from duty last night, Health department officials said today.CMO immediately ordered suspension of health employees - Juna Begum, Himmat Ram, Makhan Kumar and Parveen Singh and recommended action against four doctors - Dr Bimal Kumar, Dr Natha Ram, Dr Deepak Salathia and Dr Madhu to Director Health services, they said.Three more employees were given show cause notices, they said. |
