| HC suspends CJM Budgam | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu: According to the order issued by Registrar General of Jammu & Kashmir High Court JR Kotwal today suspended Chief Judicial Magistrate Budgam Pervaz Hussain Kachroo who was found absent from duty without leave on July 9, 2011 and attached with Srinagar Wing of State High Court. Meanwhile High Court transferred and posted as Gowhar Majid Dalal Judge Small Causes Srinagar as Chief Judicial Magistrate Budgam. —JNF |
