| A woman molested for 10 years expose culprit | | | EARLY TIMES Report
rajouri, July 19: In a inhuman act, a person of Budhal tehsil was exposed after he used to rape and blackmail wife of his brother for the last more than 10 years.
Police has lodged report and get the women medically examined. Sources said that a woman Surakha Devi (name changed) of village Draj Morha in tehsil Kotranka has narrated to police that a person Isher Singh who happened to be real brother of her husband Pritam Singh is continuously molesting her for the last more than 10 years.
She has said that the person was black mailing her and it is why she could not narrate all this with the police.
She has also said to police that she had disclosed her husband several times but he avoided it due to the reason better known to him.
After continuous blackmailing, the woman exposed the culprit and registered a case in the police station Kandi against the Isher Singh.
She has alleged rape and black mailing in the case. When contacted, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Mohammad Shabir Choudhary confirmed that a case has been registered against Isher Singh of Draj village of Budhal tehsil for raping and blackmailing a woman.
He said that the person has been absconded and police has launched search to nab him. He said that meanwhile police has got the woman medically examined at District Hospital Rajouri. |
