| 3-day Urs Sharief of Sofi Buzrag Hazrat Unisia commenced | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KUPWARA, July 20: Kupwara witnessed today unexpected gathering of devotees at the shrine of Sofi Buzrag Hazrat Unisia at Ziramma who has played a key role in strengthening the pillars of “Eitiqad” in Kupwara.During his life time, he was a symbol of purity and piety. His devotion to God, Zikr and Daroodazkar commanded him great respect in the area. The Ulemas and respectable of the area carry forward his teachings since then.As part of celebration more than 80,000 people will take out a procession from the Darbar Unisia to his Roua Sharief tomorrow.During the entire night people and devotees recited Daroodazkar and people from different communities paid obeisance at the Darbar Unisia.
Various dignitaries including Minister for PHE and Irrigation Taj Mohi-ud-Din, Minister of State for R&B Javed Ahmad Dar, MLA, Karnah, Kafiul-ru-Rehman, Ex-MLC, Director Information and Public Relations Renzushah, Moulana Showkat Ahmad, Chairman Manhajul Islam J&K State Aslam Laqeeb also visited Darbari Unisia and paid obeisance.Education Minister of Punjab has also come to participate in the Urs.
