| National Rugby Workshop from July 28 | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, july 21: The J&K Rugby Association in collaboration with Indian Rugby Football Union is going to conduct 4 Days National Rugby Workshop 2011 at Govt Collage for Women, M A Road, Srinagar from 28Th July to 31st July 2011. .
The said event will be done under the supervision of Nasir Hussain, Captain Indian Men’s Rugby Team & Rugby Development Manager (RDM) of Rugby India (West & North Zone) Mr Gautam Dagar, member, Indian Rugby team.
The said workshop will be inaguarated on 28th July 2011 at 3 p.m. at Women College, M A road, srinagar
The aim of the such events is to improve the standard of Women’s Rugby in the State,
J&K Rugby is conducting this 4-day Workshop for Women players and coaches to focus on Sevens Rugby.
In addition to this, an educational coaching clinic would also be conducted, concurrently.
The Sevens Workshop, for Women players and Coaches, will cover the areas like understanding Sevens Rugby, Sevens Playing Structures, Offensive Patterns in Sevens, Defensive Systems in Sevens and Sevens Positional Awareness
All interested female participants are advised to register themselves on or before 26th July 2011. |
