| Cabinet regularizes upgraded 191 schools | | Javed Khan posted Director Horticulture, Planning & Marketing | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, July 21:
The State Cabinet which met here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah approved regularization of 58 Higher Secondary Schools and 133 High Schools and creation of posts thereof. These Schools were upgraded in 2002-03 and 2007-08.The Cabinet also approved the Jammu and Kashmir Representation of the People (Amendment Bill), 2011 and upgradation of Primary Health Centre, Hajin to Community Health Centre.
Cabinet also okayed transfer of land measuring 1231 kanals 17 marlas, belonging to Rakh and Farms (Agriculture Production department) in favour of Jammu and Kashmir Higher Education department for establishment of Central University, Kashmir.
It also transferred Special Secretary, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Mohammad Javed Khan and posted him as Director Horticulture, Planning and Marketing against an available vacancy
