Bovine smuggling bid foiled, 1 held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, July 21: Foiling his bid to smuggle milch animals to the valley, police today apprehended a Tata mobile driver at Solki in Dharamsal, Rajouri. He was taken into custody at Solki after cops discovered him smuggling four bovine animals to the valley in his Tata mobile (JK11/6126), police sources said. He was identified as Mohammad Zaffar, son of Habib Ullah of Badakama, Thanamandi. A case was registered against him at Dharamsal police station.
