| Fai’s arrest, US compulsion | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 22: Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman, National Panthers Party and Member, National Integration Council described ‘Fai episode’ and arrest drama as an excuse to bring round New Delhi over the overwhelming nuclear interest of the USA in India.
The United States has already backed fresh orders for export of aircrafts and other nuclear energy related material from New Delhi. The US policy desk vis-à-vis South-East Asia has strong affinity with the Pakistan foremost intelligence agency and the CIA always remained hands in glove with ISI.
Prof. Bhim Singh while addressing a workshop of Panthers Party activists in New Delhi made it clear that, "It was USA who has been selling Dixon Plan to Pakistan and so-called intellectual connected with civil society in India and Pakistan. ‘Dixon Plan’ a baby of a Jewish Judge of Australian High Court who was nominated by CIA to seek settlement of J&K. His proposal as patronized by the CIA was to create an ‘Islamic Republic of Kashmir’ and leave the Hindu majority areas of Jammu out of the plan. With the rise of Al-Qaeda and anti-American Muslim voice, the American interest in the Arab countries was exposed with the creation of Israel and later illegal aggression of Iraq in 2003. Pakistan continued to ride earlier US strategy in South-East Asia least realizing that the South-Asian Desk in the White House, Washington has changed its strategy vis-à-vis the entire region. They have captured oil-fields in the Middle-East, they are using NATO as its ladder to take control of African Continent via Benghazi, Libya. US has also realized its exercise in futility in Afghanistan and naturally their interest in the region has gone to third priority after Middle-East and Africa."
The Panthers Party Chief said arresting of Fai who is an American citizen in Washington did not match the intensity of terror that has been created by the ISI to promote fundamentalism and terrorism in Asia and elsewhere.
He demanded a detailed list of the members of the civil society, diplomats, politicians who have been treated as chosen guests of CIA via Fai in Washington. He also demanded the list of anti-India resolutions passed by the so-called seminars held by Fai in US or elsewhere and the gist of speeches made by the special guests from India so that the entire nation would understand the role of so-called intellectuals who have been used by CIA and ISI against the interest of India for decades.
If the US is sincere to smash ISI network in that country let all the hubs manned by ISI the shut and anti-India propaganda vis-à-vis J&K be closed.
Prof. Bhim Singh said that he met Fai and some other familiar names like Kathwari in Vienna, Austria in 1992 and then had occasional encounters with them wherever they met.
He said that he had repeatedly warned both South and North Blocks about the dangerous plots of the ISI group which had made deep roads into the OIC. Panthers Party Chief warned that arrest of one Fai cannot establish the genuineness of US as there are hundreds of the Fais in Europe as well as hidden in India who are enjoying the patronage of the senior leadership and ruling parties in the country.
