| Work supervisors hold meeting, discuss demands | | | Early Times Report
DODA, Jul 22: Jammu and Kashmir Work Supervisors Association (JKWSA) held a meeting at Doda here today which was held under the Chairmanship of its Provincial President Mohan Lal Sharma.
In the meeting, various problems being faced by employees of department were discussed which included release of 6th pay commission arrears, release of two and a half day pay and defining of duties of work supervisors. Meanwhile in the meeting, General Secretary R.K.Tikoo declared Mohammad Iqbal Wani as President for Chenab Valley region including Doda, Kishtwar and Ramban District.
The speakers in the meeting appealed the state government to concede their demands at an earliest before they go for agitation. Those who attend the meeting included President JKWSA Doda Anayatullah Mir, Secretary Mohammad Hafiz Wani, Niaz Ahmed Rahi, Ram Rattan Sharma, Mohammad Saleem, Santosh Kumar and Pishori Lal.
