| NC vows to fight PDP's sentimental politics | | |

National Conference here on Tuesday said conspiracies are being hatch to hood wink people and sentimental politics has become the tool for some political groups to mislead people of the state. Addressing a public rally at Qazigund, National Conference Provincial President, Dr Mehbooba Baig said "Our enemy is a conspirator. He is shouting sentimental political slogans to deceive people".
Alleging that PDP and Congress tried hard to create a Palestine like situation in Jammu & Kashmir State, Dr Mehbooba Baig said National Conference won't allow leasing of even a single inch of land to any outsiders and asked people to be over cautious on this issue. Branding Mufti Mohd Sayeed an agent of New Delhi, Dr Baig claimed that Mufti is smilingly demolishing the interests of gullible Kashmiri people. Terming self rule a replica of autonomy proposal of National Conference passed by state assembly, Dr Baig said self rule slogan was raised just to cover up its failures in fulfilling its commitment made to people during last few years.
