| JKBOA holds meeting | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, July 23:
A meeting of the officers working in all branches of District Kathua was held today at Kathua presided by Iqbal Singh President of J&K Bank Officers Association Jammu which was also attended by all office bearers of JKBOA Jammu.
The meeting was addressed by Ravi Gupta, General Secretary of the Association who while speaking shed light on the recent developments taking place in the Banking industry in general and J &K Bank in particular. He highlighted recent achievements of the JKBOA Association and Federation. He also lauded the efforts of the staff working in remote areas of the district and exhorted all officers to work unitedly for the betterment of J &K Bank.
Avtar Krishan Chowdhary dissolved the previous district body and announced the election for the new district body. All the officers present unanimously elected Bodh Raj Sharma as District President. Sureshta Gupta, Ashwani Sharma and Sanjeev Sharma were elected as Vice President, Secretary and Organizing Secretary for the district respectively.
The newly elected District President Bodh Raj Sharma thanked all officers for reposing confidence in him and his team and extended full cooperation and support to the parent body headed by S. Iqbal Singh.
