| Sri Sri Ravi Shanker arrives Jammu amid rousing reception | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, July 23:
The eminent spiritual guru and founder of the Art of Living Foundation Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, arrived in Jammu today on a two visit to a rousing welcome by hundreds of his followers and the local public. Hundreds of students had also lined up the Airport road to welcome the revered Guru.
The Art of Living Jammu chapter organized a devotee darshan in the evening in which the Sri Sri Ravi Shankar interacted with large number of his followers and shared precious words of wisdom with them. Every soul present was soaked in an aura of blissfulness and divinity created by the presence of the spiritual guru. A small satsang was also organized on the occasion in which Saket, an Art of Living singer of repute, kept the audience mesmerised by rendition melodious bhajans. Earlier, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar visited a reputed educational institution of the city and laid the foundation stone of its library complex and inaugurated its centre of meditation. New websites of the institution were also launched by the eminent spiritual leader. The gathering was later addressed by Sri Sri, in which he articulated the message of peace and love.
On second day of his visit to the city, Sri Sri will be interacting with members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bar Associations and representatives from various social and political organizations.
