| Workshop on art & craft in education concludes | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, July 24: Education Technology Cell of State Institute of Education Jammu organized six-day long Workshop /Re-Orientation programme on Art & Craft in Education and preparation of Teaching Aids.
The workshop which began on July 18 concluded yesterday at Government High School Aghar-Jitto Reasi.
The main objective of the workshop was to create awareness about the availability and use of local resources in the environment for the preparation of teaching aids. Another objective of the workshop was to evolve the techniques and methods suited to the teachers and students with the help of Art & Craft.
In this workshop 42 teachers from various schools participated. The
Programme was co-ordinated by Ashok Sharma , I/c ET cell SIE Jammu.
Daulat Ram Sharma and Kuldip Khajuria acted as Resource persons and was assisted by Sat Pal Sharma, SIE Jammu.
