| Mahajan Biradari elects presidents for Ward Nos 53,54 | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, July 24:
A joint General Body meeting of ward numbers 53 and 54 of Mahajan Biradri members of Trikuta Nagar to elect their Presidents was held today.
On the occasion, Presidents Rakesh Gupta of Ward No 53 and Narinder Kumar Gupta of Ward No. 54 submitted their resignation along with their office bearers to the General Body House.
Members present in the meeting unanimously appointed Jagmohan Gupta of Trikuta Nagar as Election Commissioner.
Rakesh Kumar Gupta Former President of the Sabha W No 53 proposed the name of Narinder Kumar Gupta for the post of President.
Sansar Chand Gupta seconded the name of Narinder Kumar Gupta for the post of President. All the members present in the meeting approved the same unanimously. Similarly, Narinder Kumar Gupta, former President of W No 54, proposed the name of BD Gupta.
Raghbir Gupta seconded the name of B D Gupta. No other name came forward for the contest in both the wards.
Jagmohan Gupta Election Commissioner announced the names of Narinder Kumar Gupta and BD Gupta as presidents elect of Ward No 53 and 54 respectively.
