Police recovered missing girls within 14 hours from Kashmir

KISHTWAR, July 24: Kishtwar police today claimed to recover two missing girls including a minor in less than 14 hours after the registration of complaint at police Station Kishtwar.
According to police, Kishtwar police station received two complaints regarding the disappearance of girls.
In one complaint filed by Abdul Kabir Rangrez the father of minor girl Farah Rangrez that one Danish Fareed Trak son of Fareed Ahmed Trak resident of Malipath Kishtwar insistently and in deceit manner flee away along with his minor daughter from his residence along with Rs 1.50 lakh worth cash and jewelry to some unknown place.
On the instance of complaint registered by father of the minor girl, Kishtwar police registered FIR against Danish Fareed Trak under section 363/380/109 RPC. In another similar act another complainant Liaquat Chowdhary the father of Huma Chowdhary also registered similar complaint against Nazar Khando alias Munna son of Javed Ahmed Kandoo resident of Kishtwar regarding the disappearance of his daughter after she did not return from college in the afternoon. After registration of FIR in both cases, Kishtwar police constitutes a team headed by SHO Police Station Kishtwar under the supervision of Dy SP HQ Abrar Ahmed Chowdhary.
During the preliminary investigation, Kishtwar police got some clue regarding both the missing girls, a subsequent raid was conducted at Anantnag and Srinagar districts of Kashmir province with the help of local police and managed to trace both the girls from the possession of Danish Fareed Trak and Nazar Kandoo.
Kishtwar police after successful recovery of both the missing girls, shifted them along with the accused duo to police station Kishtwar and after conducting the medical examination, both the girls were handed over to their parents.
As per the documents submitted to the police by the father of Farah Rangrez, her date of birth as per the matriculation diploma is 2-01-1994, which is less than 18 years. Whereas the other girl and two accused are major. Police have put both Danish Fareed and Nazar Kandoo behind the bars. Local people have appreciated the good work of Kishtwar police under the supervision of Abrar Ahmed Chowdhary.
