| Panther’s Party leaders to fast on 27th July | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, July 25: Bhim Singh, chairman, J&K National Panthers Party shall join one-day fast being observed by the members of the Working Committee and senior office bearers of the JKNPP in support of the peacefully agitating students seeking implementation of the Act of Parliament by appointing Vice Chancellor for the Jammu Central University and to make it functional as was done in Kashmir.
Bhim Singh has postponed his visit to Libya and Hiroshima by couple of days to join the Panthers on the road.
All the legislators and the office bearers of Young Panthers, PTU, women power, Kisan Union/NPSU have been advised to participate in this historic fast on July 27 for the implementation of Punargathan Plan on J&K so that the people of all three regions live with human dignity, freedom and enjoy the fruits of democracy of which they remained denied for 60 years.
No more dynasty rule, no more bullets, no more discrimination. With separate assemblies, separate budgets, separate chief ministers, separate recruitments, separate PSC. Just a confederation of Ladakh, Kashmir and Jammu, he said..
