JAMMU, July 25: Professor Bhim Singh, chairman JKNPP in consultation with state President Young Panthers Syed Mohammad Rafiq Shah MLC, has promoted Pushvinder Singh Manhas as senior vice-President of Young Panthers in view of his commendable work in carrying activities of youth and students in the state.
