| Court rejects pre-arrest bail of Head Cerk in corruption case | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, July-25 (JNF):- Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Pawan Dev Kotwal today rejected the pre-arrest bail of Noor Hussain posted as Head Clerk in the office of CDPO Kotranka.
According to the police Noor Hussain who was posted as Head Clerk in the office of CDPO Kotranka demanded and accepted Rs 10,000 as alleged gratification from the complainant to get the wife of complainant to engaged helper in Anganwari Center.
While rejecting the pre-arrest bail application, the court observed that CPO Mr. Pawan Khajuria opposed the bail application on the ground that accused despite the summon issued by Additional SP Rajouri has not joined the investigation, upon this Court said that the applicant does not deserve concession of pre-arrest bail and dismissed the application.
