| RTO office goes haywire in Kathua | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA, Jul 26: RTO office has become anarchist office in Kathua to bring the harassment policies by the employees to issue the driving license to the applicants.
Sources said that delay in issuing driving license is common practice of employees to force applicants to approach agents wandering in the office. Applicants Ram Paul Sharma, Ranjit Singh Manoj Gupta and others said that the RTO office totally defunct and working not in proper way. Another issue that needs to be taken into account is overloading of Autorickshaws, Matadors and Buses.
Jarai Morh, Hatli Morh, Hatli Village, Logate, Barwal, Nagri, and Lakhanpur are major centers where all kind of transport can be seen overloaded. Traffic police is negligent and does not check overloading. Due to such kind of negligence of both traffic police and administration, thousand minors and major accidents have been occurred through which many thousands of innocent killing were happened.
