| Lecturers seek regularization of incharge incumbents | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jul 26: Lecturers have strongly advocated for constitution of human resource management cell in school education department for regularization of 7000 in-charge incumbents in Jammu and Kashmir.
Central executive of lecturer’s forum which met at Jammu under the Chairmanship of H.D Qureshi has expressed its surprise that school education department has been kept away form the ambit of human resources management ignoring the facts that about 7000 officers of state cadre are awaiting regularization in the department since 1998.
Lecturers expressed satisfaction that chief secretary has realized gravity of situation and constituted the Human resource cell for updating the profiles and Biodatas of state cadre posts in different departments for their regularization in a time Bound manner,
The house strongly pleaded for immediate constituting the Human Resources cell in school department at par with the departments like Heath and Minister Education, PDD, PWD, PHE irrigation and flood Control and Rural Development Department. H.D Qureshi the President of the Forum while speaking on the occasion categorically stated that the officers of school education department are facing the worst type of situation and agony of inchargesim since last more than on decade.
Others who spokes on the occasion include Charan Dass and Manmeet Bali Vice President, N.S Jamwal Gen Secreatary, Ashwani Sharma, Chief Organizer, B.D Sharma, District President Jammu besides many others.
