Jammu, July-26 (JNF):- Special Judge Anti corruption Jammu Pawan Dev
Kotwal today granted five days police remand of Raja Faisal Bhat
Junior Engineer R&B Sub-Division Doda who was caught red-handed by the
VOJ.
According to the FIR NO 14/2011 that a complaint was filed by
contractor Hoishar Singh on the basis of that complaint the Vigilance
Organization constituted a trap team led by SP Vigilance and laid trap
and caught red-handed Junior Engineer Raja Faisal Bhat while accepting
Rs 45000/- from the complainant and arrested him in the said FIR u/s
5(2) J&K PC Act 2006 r/w section 161/120-B RPC. JNF
