NEW DELHI, July 26:
Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) said today that India has always been liberal towards Pakistan despite of grave, provocative, persistent terror attacks and non-fulfilment of its commitments made from time to time.

Addressing activists at New Delhi, KPC national president Kundan Kashmiri said that it is a habit of Pakistan to raise Kashmir issue in every forum and meeting and falsely claiming Kashmir as a disputed issue.

He said that accession of J&K State with India is full and final.

KPC leader said that people of Kashmir are enjoying all nature of freedom, facilities and privileges, which are not possible for them any where, particularly, in Pakistan and hue and cry raised by the separatist groups is just to harm and misguide the people of J&K state and run their political shops.

He further said if Kashmir issue is discussed in the present foreign level Ministerial talks to disturb its present status and to dilute its constitutional position, Kashmiri Pandits would not hesitate to resist, rise and revolt against that move.

Kundan said that KP’s have already rejected Autonomy, Self-rule and Azadi to J&K State.

Further stating about the right of KP’s over Kashmir, Kundan Kashmiri said that KP’s have first right over Kashmir and 1st Place in any nature of debate & dialogue over Kashmir and said with out keeping KP’s aspiration in view and their participation in Kashmir related dialogue at any level, will be meaning less and futile exercise.

Kundan Kashmiri appealed the government not to unsettle the settled issue of Kashmir, however, re-organization of state and to carve out a separate piece of land for KP’s in Kashmir valley having over all powers and writ and control of Indian constitution.
