| KAWA offers 100 percent scholarships | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jul 26: Kawa Institute of Management and Technology has offered 100 percent scholarships to the students belonging to economically weaker section of society.
In a press conference organized today, Chairman of the Institute Er.M.S.Katoch stated that professional courses have become an expensive affair and are beyond the reach of economically poor students. Therefore in order to provide a golden opportunity to the students of the economically poor segment Kawa Institute is offering 100% scholarship in various courses such as BCA/BBA offered by this Institute.
Katoch further added that many students have approached the office of the institute also to give them relaxation in fee structure but it was not possible without framing the guidelines for the same. The institution has now framed the guidelines to offer scholarship for all professional courses offered by the institution.
Further, it was stated that in order to impart quality education and to imbibe moral education Kawa has recruited highly qualified and skilled faculty members and the Visiting Faculty Members are invited from metro cities at regular intervals. Highlighting the placement scenario, Katoch told that the pass out of our institution are today working not only with Government Department but also with companies of National & International Repute like HCL, HDFC, IFLEXIBM, Rewliance, Airtel, Whipro, Kingfisher Airlines, Wall mart, Barbital net, Airce1, ICICI etc hed also urged upon all the students to avail this facility which can help them to equip with a professional degree which is a must in to day's competitive era. Other members present in the press conference were: Dr. N.S Gupta, Dr. Anita Bali, Mrs. Anjana Bavouria, Rakesh Arora and Ms.Priya Raina.
