| Govt delaying utilization of funds: Beigh | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Srinagar, July 27 (KNS): Former Deputy Chief Minister, Muzaffar Hussain Beigh, Wednesday alleged that ruling National Conference and Congress were not utilizing funds meant for development and were waiting for Municipal elections to spend these.
Sources told KNS that Beigh took up the issue during District Development Board (DDB) of Baramulla. “The government wants to spend the funds during Municipal elections. Constituencies represented by PDP MLAs have are being ignored in developmental works while those constituencies represented by NC and Congress MLAs are being taken care of,” sources quoting Beigh said. |
