REASI, July 27:
The District Legal Service Authority (DLSA), Reasi, organized a legal awareness camp under National Plan of Action 2011 regarding Legal Rights of Under Trials in Sub Jail Reasi here today under the chairmanship of Rajesh Sekhri, Chairman District Legal Service Authority (Principal District & Sessions Judge Reasi).The camp was attended by Chief Judicial Magistrate, O P Thakur (Chairman Tehsil Legal Service Committee Reasi), K. K. Dubey, President Bar Association Katra, R. K. Sharma, President Bar Association Reasi, M. S. Mir, V. K. Sharma, Ajay Nanda, Shalinder Bhardwaj, Mahesh Kumar CPO, Sajad Ahmed PO, Superintendent Sub Jail Reasi.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajesh Sokhri threw light on all aspects of Rights of Under Trails and role of judiciary in protecting there constitutional rights.
Various speakers, including K. K. Dubey, R. K. Sharma, M. S. Mir, V. K. Sharma, Ajay Nanda and Shalinder Bhardwaj also spoke on the occasion.
On the occasion, Sekhri inaugurated Legal Aid Clinic in Sub Jail Reasi.
