| Panthers declare social boycott of NC-Congress | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, July 28: Bhim Singh, chairman JKNPP announced that Jammu Duggar Pradesh shall observe total Bandh on 17th August 2011 in case of Vice-Chancellor of Central University Jammu is not appointed.
The Panthers Party chief also declared that a massive social boycott of NC-Congress shall be enforced in Jammu Pradesh for their anti-Jammu and anti-Dogras policies.
