Expressing anguish on the lack of any policy vis-à vis J&K, the Panthers chief said that fixing foundation stones, wasting thousands of crores on tunnels just to appease a section of the people shall prove counter productive as has proved in the past. There is no account of nearly 5,000 crores of rupees already shown spent for the rehabilitation of Tangdhar residents, 55,000 crores on introducing of Railways in Kashmir is being used for carrying goats and sheep. This money if utilized for developing industries and tourism industries would have changed the people in Valley. 10,000 crores now proposed for opening a tunnel from Banihal to Qazikund speaks volumes of the Union Government to feed the most corrupt State Government and bureaucracy. There is a need to open the tunnels of hearts in the Valley which has been made to bleed the corrupt anti-India elements running in the state government on the crutches of the Congress and Home Minister. The anti-Jammu Pradesh elements in the Centre have been exposed. There was need to connect Kishtwar and Poonch by rail and Marwah Dacchan and Michel and other neglected areas by rail. It would cost less than 5,000 crores. There is need develop tourist resort in Kishtwar, Bhaderwah, Seojdhar, Panchari, Buda Amarnath, Kotranka to provide work and job to thousands of unemployed youth there lies a need for industrialization. The people need other urgent issues to be addressed. Bhim Singh said that reorganization of the state is the only solution. The policy of the appeasement of National Conference leaders is dangerous and shall not be allowed to use against the people of Jammu Pradesh. Reacting on Indo-Pak foreign ministers meet in Delhi, the Panther Party Chief said that there was nothing new accepts shake hands of the Indian Foreign Minister with first women minister from Pakistan. He said that movement across LoC should be made obligatory by the use of passport without visa which is the only solution to make LOC irrelevant.
