| One held with govt pipes, PHE employees rounded up for diversion | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, July 28: Doda police arrested a person and recovered government pipes from his possession. SP Headquarters Doda Arif Rishu said that on a specific information regarding the usage of PHE pipes for personal use by one Manzoor Ahmed of Beoli, Doda in connivance with the officers of PHE division Doda, a team of Doda Police led by Inspector Sanjeev Gupta SHO police station Doda under the supervision of Dy SP Hqrs Doda Ajaz Zargar apprehended him along with 22 G I pipes.
During interrogation the accused told police that he bought the pipes from PHE employees. The pipes were meant for some ongoing Government work at Koti village. A case in this regard has been registered and thorough investigation set into motion.
