11/29/2006 11:33:26 PM

BHADERWAH NOV-29
Eight Councilors of Bhaderwah Municipal Committee have demanded re-election for the post of President as they have lost confidence on the present incumbent.
Addressing a joint Press Conference here today the Councilors have appealed the election authority to order fresh elections for the post of President and the Vice President as the present incumbents have lost their majority in the Council. Alleging that the President and the Vice President have been working against the norms and the councilors are not taken into confidence or their suggestions taken into consideration.
Alleging discrimination with the members, the councilors alleged that the present President Javed Iqbal Azad has failed to perform his duties judiciously and honestly and demanded his removal.
