| 12th foundation day of PDP celebrated in Kathua | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA, July 29: Hundreds of PDP workers led by district president S. Surinder Singh celebrated the 12th foundation day of PDP at party head quarter at district Kathua.
Free ration was also distributed to the poor on this occasion.
Speaking to the gathering of PDP workers and office bearers of district Kathua, Surinder Singh said that PDP has full filled the promises made to the people of J&K and during its three years tenure Mufti Mohammad Sayeed brought about a sea change in the volatile situation prevailing in J&K.
J&K was passing through bloodshed and total anarchy every where and thousands of innocent lives lost but the satiation was changed by Mufti Mohd Sayeed and people felt relief and there was peace harmony and balance development in all spheres.
It was only during this three year period that people contacts with POK was established and also business contact were made between India and Pakistan.
Surinder Singh further said that people of J&K have started reposing faith in PDP as PDP has emerged as only party which can full fill the aspiration of section of society in J&K.
