Panthers oppose giving Chenani-Nashri project to outsider

JAMMU, July 29: Jammu Kashmir National Panther Party (JKNPP) opposes the Lighten Construction Private Limited for appointing outsider in the Chenani-Nashri project work, here today.
Addressing the gathering JKNPP block president, Ramban Zial-ul-Islam said that JKNPP will not allow any outsider to work on the project work being started by the private construction company in their area.
He appealed to the state government to take the issue seriously as there are many young unemployed youth in their area, so the company should give preference to them instead the outsiders.
He further said that if the matter will not resolve immediately JKNPP will start agitation in the regard.
In the meeting the arrangements for the visit of Prof Bhim Singh were also discussed, who are scheduled to visit the area along with other party members on August, 1.
Among those who were present on the occasion included Sherif Ali, Dilawar Ali, Mushtaq Ahmed, Bashir Ahmed, Ram Sita, Subash Chander, Mohd Rafiq, Mohd Naseem.
